Workplace Harassment II – Customization Details


Level 1 Basic

  • Logo inclusion on training site (assumes ELT hosts)
  • Logo inclusion within course (Main Menu Screens, as well as in the header of every screen)
  • Policy incorporation
  • “Ask a Question” feature
  • Client takes standard ELT recommended Vignettes and Closer Look segments  (length of employee and manager versions are set at ~60 minutes and ~2 hrs respectively)

Level 1 Full

  • Logo inclusion on training site (assumes ELT hosts)
  • Logo inclusion within course (Main Menu Screens, as well as in the header of every screen)
  • Policy incorporation
  • “Ask a Question” feature
  • Custom multi media Introduction Screen and/or custom  multi media Conclusion Screen. 
  • Custom completion certificate
  • Ability to alter / control the length of the course for both employees and managers
  • Ability to select from Optional Vignettes
  • Ability to select from Optional Closer Look segments
  • Ability to turn joint employee-manager simulation exercise “on” or ‘off”
  • Ability to turn Optional Supplementary Quiz “on” or “off” (one version for employees, one version for managers)
  • Ability to turn Optional Remedies Page “on” or “off”
  • Ability to turn Optional 50-State Survey Page “on” or “off” (includes state by state information, for example, on protected categories and remedies)
  • Ability to turn the HR Mentor “on” or “off.”  (The HR Mentor appears in each Vignette after the multiple choice question.)
  • Ability to activate full narration for question feedback segments

Level 2

  • All of Level 1 Full
  • Ability to customize course name on Main Menu Screens and in the Tool Bar (e.g. Inclusion & Respect at Work)
  • Feature client color scheme on all course screens
  • Ability to edit Closer Look segments (no audio impacted)
  • Ability to edit Optional Supplementary Quiz (no audio impacted)
  • Ability to edit Vignettes (moderate to major audio impacted)
  • Ability to edit or re-record optional HR Mentor screens (moderate to major audio impacted)
  • Ability to offer multiple course versions for different audiences beyond just employee and manager versions – e.g. versions based on state location or job function

Level 3

  • All of Level 1 Full
  • All of Level 2
  • Create custom vignettes on any topic
