ELT's Workplace Diversity online training course explores the reality and value of working in an environment filled with different background, cultures, religions, races, and national origins. The course also gives managers and employees the tools to recognize, accept and value differences in the workplace in order to create an environment where everyone can thrive. Your employees will explore attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate stereotypical thinking, how this kind of thinking affects the people involved, and how they can negatively affect an effective and productive team environment. Your employees will also learn the legal implications of discriminatory behavior and bias in order to minimize your organization’s potential liability.
