This manager-only course teaches your organization's learners about the basic principles of workplace discrimination and equal employment opportunity throughout the employment lifecycle - from employee hiring and performance management all the way through terminations. The course extends far beyond workplace sexual harassment (a subset of discrimination), and addresses both different treatment discrimination and different impact discrimination under all of the federally protected categories, including race, national origin, color, religion, age, gender, and disability.
Based on U.S. Supreme Court Decisions
The course, based on the U.S. Supreme Court's 1999 Kolstad decision, helps employers prevent workplace discrimination and establish a defense to punitive damages claims in workplace discrimination lawsuits.
Customization
Standard customization options include adding a personalized message from your organization's leader, adding your organization's EEO policy, modifying user completion certificates and building in a link permitting users to ask questions or raise concerns through the email links, URL's, phone or other guidance you provide.
