When customers choose to host training via ELT's LMS, there is an instant delivery solution in place that has minimal impact on an organization's IT infrastructure and resources. Through ELT's LMS, the organization's employees and managers receive worldwide, 24/7 access to their assigned courses, thus enabling greater completion rates and minimal barriers to entry for the end user.

Prior to launch, ELT's account managers provide an in-depth training session that covers all aspects of the LMS. ELT's account managers are accessible throughout the lifecycle of the training initiative to ensure ongoing support to the organization's administrator. Post launch, ELT's help desk is available to provide technical support to IT departments for continued success with the training effort.

ELT's LMS was designed with scalability, ease-of-use and security in mind. ELT has also developed a set of best practices to ensure that our LMS technology meets critical compliance needs.

1AICC:
The Aviation Industry CBT (Computer-Based Training) Committee (AICC) is an international association of technology-based training professionals. The AICC develops guidelines for the aviation industry in the development, delivery, and evaluation of CBT and related training technologies. The AICC promotes interoperability standards that software vendors can use across multiple industries. AICC recommendations are fairly general to most types of computer-based training and, for this reason, are widely used outside of the aviation training industry.

2SCORM:
Sharable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a suite of technical standards that enable web-based learning systems to find, import, share, reuse, and export learning content in a standardized way. The SCORM standards have defined how Learning Management Systems launch and track directed learning experiences.
