ELT offers a number of "standard" customization options to ensure that our clients' branding, policies and core values are incorporated into our programs.

• Branded Training Portal – ELT hosted customers can create a branded training portal that includes your organization's logo, a custom message for learners and hyperlinks to internal resources (such as training administrators and help desk staff).

  ELT's Learning Management System (LMS) allows for unique usernames and passwords, as well as 5 custom reporting fields. Training administrators can easily create and access custom training reports 24/7.

• Executive Introduction & Conclusion Screen – Over the years, ELT has seen a direct correlation between a "top down" custom, executive message and high learner completion rates. We can build a custom introduction and/or conclusion screen that features a senior executive. She or he can "set the tone" for the training and enforce your organization's values and expectations.

  Multimedia Option - These screens are designed to seamlessly integrate with ELT's off-the-shelf courseware and include your organization's logo, custom photos, custom text and (if desired) audio.

  

  Video Option - ELT can also embed full motion digital video into our courseware. This can be an extremely effective method for getting your executive's message to the learners.

  

• Policy Incorporation – ELT's flexible e-learning templates can incorporate your organization's policies so that individual policy distribution and acknowledgement can occur concurrently with each training module.

  Your organization's policies can be accessed throughout the programs via a custom icon that appears in the global tool bar. The policies then automatically appear at the end of each course and learners are directed to carefully review them. The final course completion certificate requires each learner to acknowledge that s/he has fully understood and completed all components of the training program, and that s/he has reviewed and agrees to follow the organization's policies.

• Custom Completion Certificate – Completion certificates can be tailored to accommodate the look and feel of your organization through the use of custom logos, backgrounds, and graphic images. Custom text can also be included.

• "Ask a Question" Functionality – California and Connecticut harassment training laws require that learners be able to ask questions during training, and that employers respond to those questions in a reasonably prompt manner. The ability for learners to ask questions throughout any kind of training program, regardless of location, is also just good practice. This kind of functionality not only empowers the organization to answer questions effectively, but also provides an additional reporting channel that can be easily monitored and archived.

  ELT can incorporate a custom "Ask a Question" icon into the global tool bar of any program. When learners click this icon, they are given specific information about where to direct questions, including e-mail hyperlinks, if applicable.

  

  It is highly advisable to answer these questions internally. Outsourcing responses to a third party vendor creates multiple risks, including breach of confidentiality, inappropriate responses that are not consistent with your policies and potentially "missing" an actual complaint.
