How it Works
Delivery Options
All of ELT’s courses are e-learning solutions where users view and interact with the course entirely online and are available 24/7. On the backend, all of our courses are hosted on a learning management system (LMS). An LMS is an online software tool that lets you manage all of your organization’s users and the courses they view and also allows you to run any necessary reports. The LMS facilitates “anytime, any place, any pace” access.
Depending on your needs you may choose to host your course on our LMS or we can work with your existing third party LMS as well. ELT has successfully integrated its AICC1 and SCORM2 compatible courseware on hundreds of LMS'.
Implementation & Support
ELT is dedicated to ensuring the success of your training program. As an ELT client, you will have access to a Dedicated Implementation Manager as your personal liaison guiding you through the process, our Internal Marketing Program which will assist you with a variety of materials before you launch to encourage a greater completion rate and you will have access to our high quality Help Desk and Administrator Training giving you support along the way and even after you have launched.
Tech Specs
Our courseware requires a connection to the Internet or an Intranet (Modem, Ethernet, or Wireless network adapter required). To use our courseware we require Flash Player 9 and a minimum display resolution of 800 by 600 pixels.
Audio versions of the course require an audio card and speakers or headphones. We support Windows and Macs and most major web browsers. Our courseware technology is tried and true yet employs today’s cutting edge graphics and media.
How to Purchase ELT's Courseware
Our courses are sold per individual “seat” or license – one license for every learner taking the course. If you would like to purchase more than 100 licenses, contact ELT directly for pricing and purchasing information and a representative will contact you shortly. For less than 100 seat purchases we have partnered with the worlds largest organization devoted to HR management, SHRM.
1AICC: The Aviation Industry CBT (Computer-Based Training) Committee (AICC) is an international association of technology-based professionals. The AICC develops guidelines for the aviation industry on the development, delivery, and evaluation of CBT and related training technologies. The AICC promotes interoperability standards that software vendors can use across multiple industries. AICC recommendations are fairly general to most types of computer-based training and, for this reason, are widely used outside of the aviation training industry.
2SCORM: Shareable Courseware Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a suite of technical standards that enable web-based learning systems to find, import, share, reuse, and export learning content in a standardized way. The SCORM standards have defined how Learning Management Systems launch and track directed learning experiences.
