Harassment Training Deadline Less Than 4 Weeks Away

Dec 07 2009

Are You AB 1825 Compliant?

With 2009 coming to a close, many employers are scrambling to make sure they comply with California’s strict harassment training law, AB 1825.

AB 1825 requires any organization that does business in California, and that has more than 50 employees in total (not all 50 need to be in CA), to provide 2 hours of anti-harassment training to all California supervisors, every 2 years.

2009 is a mandatory “re-train” year for most employers. If you haven’t trained your California supervisors yet, it’s not too late.

ELT’s AB 1825 compliant online Workplace Harassment course features content from Littler, the world’s largest employment law firm. The highly interactive program delivers rock solid legal content, addresses the latest trends, and helps to create powerful legal defenses.
With training budgets being slashed and harassment litigation escalating, ELT’s online video delivery offers an engaging and effective solution, while significantly cutting costs.
