Shanti Atkins
Ms. Atkins is the President & CEO of ELT. A former employment attorney with Littler, she joined ELT when it first began producing online courseware in 1999. Under Ms. Atkins’ leadership, ELT has grown to become a dominant player in its field, now servicing more than 1,000 employers around the world, and training more than 3,000,000 employees. Specializing in harassment and discrimination prevention, workplace ethics initiatives, and wage and hour compliance, Ms. Atkins’ core expertise is uniquely focused on employers’ greatest risk areas.
Ms. Atkins received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University, specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and corporate risk management and she received her J.D. from Queen's University (Canada) and her B.A. (Film) from Queen's University (Canada).

Dennis Brown
Mr. Brown is the Managing Shareholder of Littler Mendelson's San Jose office, and is co-creator of the firm's Risk Management Program. Mr. Brown is an experienced litigator with a special emphasis on complex litigation including class and collective actions, wage and hour, sexual harassment, employment discrimination and wrongful termination. He regularly counsels employers on employment law issues, such as compliance with workplace statutes and regulations, personnel policies, and risk management protocols including mandatory arbitration. Mr. Brown is recognized as an authority on employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) issues and has authored several articles on the subject.
Mr. Brown received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. (Philosophy) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Wes Fastiff
Mr. Fastiff is a Senior Shareholder of Littler Mendelson, resident in the San Francisco office. He is nationally recognized as one of the finest employment and labor lawyers in the country. Mr. Fastiff represents employers in every aspect of labor and employment law including matters involving union representation and recognition, contract negotiations, arbitrations, wrongful terminations, employment discrimination, establishing employment policies, and negotiating individual employment agreements. Mr. Fastiff has represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board and various other federal and state agencies as well as the state and federal trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Fastiff received his LL.B. from Harvard University and his A.B. from Tufts University (Magna Cum Laude).

Garry G. Mathiason
Mr. Mathiason is a senior shareholder of Littler Mendelson, resident in the San Francisco office, as well as Chairman and Founder of ELT. He is widely recognized as a leading authority on employment law trends in the United States. Mr. Mathiason has supervised the firm's attorneys on more than 1,000 employment and labor litigation matters and currently defends employers in complex wage and hour and discrimination class action cases. He originated several of the firm's preventive employment law programs, and structures in-house employment law training programs. He serves as Chair of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group's (OCEG's) Employment and Labor Law Domain.
Mr. Mathiason received his J.D. from Stanford University and his B.S. from Northwestern University.

Scott Rechtschaffen
Mr. Rechtschaffen serves as Littler Mendelson’s Managing Shareholder-Business Development, resident of the San Francisco office. He has represented employers in proceedings before federal and state administrative agencies, including the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in both federal and state courts. Mr. Rechtschaffen has extensive experience advising employers on how to prevent or minimize the risk of employment-related litigation. Prior to joining Littler, Mr. Rechtschaffen served as Senior Vice President of ELT.
Mr. Rechtschaffen received his J.D. from Cornell University and his A.B. from the University of California Berkeley.
